    Setting short term goals as the method to accomplish your vision is small, week by week steps

    Specific methods of mental activity in order to train the mind into a valuable tool

    Maintaining awareness of your values and goals during busy daily life

  • Accountability

    Learning to hold yourself responsible, and be able to keep your goals and promises

During our sessions, I will guide and train you in each of these methods. Over time, you will learn and master each of these methods. We will begin by setting a single goal to be accomplished over the course of time (3 months, 6 months, 1 year). Together we will break this larger goal into smaller steps, and accomplish them one at a time. You will be able to see steady progress, week by week.
