The Power of the Mind

Our mind is the most powerful tool that we possess. If our mind is calm and focused, we will be productive, efficient, and motivated. If our mind is scattered and distracted, we will be easily frustrated, and have difficulty in everything we do. Our mind is the source of all of our motivations, desires, goals, and happiness.

I have spent the last 15 years studying and practicing meditation and methods of training the mind, learning from qualified teachers and meditation masters around the world. I will help you to first understand, and then train your mind so that you can become peaceful and focused.

Combining Ancient and Modern Wisdom

I have also trained in the most modern methods and techniques of life coaching, and am a qualified and certified life coach. These methods will allow us to explore which parts of your life have the most potential for change and meaning. From there, we will develop both long and short term goals designed to create powerful changes in your life.

With these two methods together, we can create new meaning, whether that be expanding your career, improving work/life balance, deepening friendships and relationships, or finding new and exciting challenges.
